A Contemporary Hillside Residence Designed for Light and Living

This architecturally designed residence was created to respond to its elevated site while maximizing natural light, open space, and indoor–outdoor living. Clean architectural lines, large glazing, and a carefully balanced palette of stone, timber, and neutral finishes give the home a refined contemporary character.

At the heart of the design is a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, where high ceilings and expansive windows enhance both light and volume. Circulation spaces and stairways were treated as design features, using glass balustrades and feature walls to maintain visual continuity throughout the home.

Outdoor areas were conceived as an extension of the interior, with a private courtyard and swimming pool providing a sheltered space for relaxation and entertaining. Thoughtful detailing, durable materials, and a focus on practical livability ensure that the home is not only visually striking but also comfortable and enduring.
