Development Process

Feasibility Study

We assess the site potential, zoning, constraints, construction costs, and projected returns to determine whether the project is financially viable.

Site Acquisition

Once feasibility is confirmed, the suitable site is secured through purchase or negotiation.

Concept Design & Pre-Lodgement

Preliminary designs are prepared, and early consultations with council, town planners, and engineers are conducted to align the project with regulations and expectations.

Development Application (DA)

A formal Development Application is lodged, covering design plans, reports, traffic, environmental studies, and compliance requirements.

Detailed Design & Building Approval (BA)

After DA approval, we prepare detailed architectural, engineering, and service drawings and obtain Building Approval.

Construction

The construction phase follows strict project management, safety compliance, and quality control. We coordinate all trades and deliver the build on schedule.

Inspections & Certification

Mandatory inspections are completed throughout the build, leading to final certifications such as Form 21.

08

Handover

We hand over the completed project with all documents, warranties, manuals, and final approvals.

09

Sales, Leasing, or Occupation

Depending on the development strategy, the property is sold, leased, or retained for long-term investment.
